Our entry level program.
Foundational Performance is the perfect program for youth athletes ages 9-12.
We introduce our clients to the foundational movements and skills needed to excel on the field.
While the primary emphasis is on learning, the session quality is high; we incorporate technique and competition into every class.
Your child will learn to love our positive and supportive environment while building the necessary qualities to become a standout in their sport.

Before jumping into speed and strength training, we have our athletes warm up to prevent injury and be ready to put in quality work.

You move quicker when you are fresh! Our athletes first address speed and quickness through a variety of drills. We emphasize technique and then incorporate competitions into each session.

After speed work, we go into more specific power training through movements such as med ball work, plyometrics, core training, and hip mobility.

We end our Level One Total Performance sessions with functional strength training. The stronger the athlete, the more power they can produce!
